JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We are looking for an Area Planner to join the Guinness Property team to provide a high-quality planning and co-ordination service for our Responsive Repairs. This is a full-time permanent position, offering hybrid working, with three days a week in our Sheffield office. As an Area Planner, you will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day scheduling of our Responsive Repairs Operatives, ensuring repairs are planned efficiently and appointments are arranged to meet the needs of our residents.
