Development Manager – Housing Association Location: Scottish Borders Contract: 3–6 Months Rate: £35 per hour The Opportunity Peace Recruitment is currently working with an established housing association in the Scottish Borders to recruit an experienced Development Manager for an initial 3–6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering affordable housing developments and major refurbishment projects, working closely with internal teams, local authorities, the Scottish Government and external contractors.
