Senior Commercial Manager - QS Rail

THE ROLE My client seeks a SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER / Q.S . for a long term contract role working RAIL related projects – based in Birmingham. You must have experience of all quantity surveying and / or commercial management duties and have good Rail experience using NEC contracts. Experience of doing Cost Verification and cost audit work is required in particular for cost of people’s salaries, day rates, pension contributions and more. THE COMPANY My client is a long established busy firm of PQS with several offices.
