HR Officer Devon & Cornwall Police Based either EX2 7HQ or PL6 5HT Contract – minimum 1 year PAYE: £17.97 per hour Hybrid Role Manage and coordinate grievance cases from initial concern through to resolution. Support and undertake thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into employee relations matters, including the preparation of investigation reports. Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on informal and formal workplace disputes, disagreements and conflicts.
