The Company Our client is a well-established growing FMCG company. Due to this growth, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Lead to work on day shift do develop the companies Apprentices. The Role You will lead a small team of Maintenance Technicians and mentor apprentices. Delegating and reporting work. Working on projects, improvements and machine moves. The role will be hands on also working on both reactive and planned maintenance on a range of machinery associated with production.
