People Partner/HR Business Partner Willmott Dixon has an exciting opportunity for a full time People Partner to join our Wales & West Region, supporting the delivery of people strategies that enable strong performance, engagement and capability across the business that directly enable high performance, operational excellence, and ambitious growth plans. Based out of our Bristol or Cardiff office, you will work on a hybrid basis, splitting your time between the office, at home, and travelling to our regional offices or sites on occasion.
