Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Caerphilly. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. TEMP TO PERM. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and friendly manner. Process customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently. Provide updates to customers regarding orders, deliveries and queries.
