Clerk of Works Hybrid - Milton Keynes £47,656 (plus car allowance of £2,750.28) Permanent, Full-time role We’re looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to help deliver high-quality new homes across Amplius’ South Region. You’ll need previous Clerk of Works or closely related quality inspection experience, alongside new-build residential experience. Experience inspecting social housing developments would be particularly valuable, as you’ll help identify defects, maintain standards and support quality from construction through to handover.
