Start: ASAP | Hours: Monday–Friday | Contract: Long-term Pay: £23.45 per hour We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a college HR team, providing advice and support to managers across employee relations, HR policies and workforce management. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters. Advise managers on employment legislation, HR policies and procedures. Support organisational change, consultations and redundancy processes.
