About the Role We are recruiting a qualified Static Maintenance Electrician to oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and statutory electrical compliance across a large, high-profile commercial static site in Hexham. Working within a dedicated facilities management (FM) team, you will be responsible for maintaining the site’s electrical infrastructure—ranging from primary distribution boards and commercial lighting control systems to emergency lighting, plant equipment, and small power installations.
