Leading Civil Engineering Contractor | Plymouth, Devon An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering contractor on the 3 Basin project at Devonport Dockyard, supporting a £30m Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase ahead of planned construction works commencing in early 2028. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the pre-construction and design development stages of a major defence infrastructure programme, working alongside the design partner.
