Interim Account Manager - PFI (FM) - Norwich

Urgent interim Account Manager for a PFI/PPP facilities management contract based in Norwich, with support to Colchester. Initial 3-month assignment with possible extension, 37.5 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. You will lead delivery of hard and soft FM services, manage the client and SPV relationship, and take responsibility for the contract’s P&L, forecasting and performance. A key part of the role is protecting performance against the contract’s performance regime and reducing deductions.
