About this role
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer to act as the Landlord’s site-based representative on a commercial office refurbishment and EPC improvement project in Reigate. The role will involve monitoring MEP works on site, following progress and quality, identifying issues early and reporting directly to the Landlord’s London Head Office. The project has separately appointed Project Management, Contract Administration, MEP Consultancy and Clerk of Works teams.
