IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line) - Azure & Hyper-V The company Our client is an established Managed Service Provider supporting a varied portfolio of business customers. They're growing their technical team and are looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer with strong Azure and Hyper-V experience. The role You'll provide 2nd / 3rd line support to multiple client environments, remotely and on-site. You'll own incidents through to resolution and handle escalations from 1st line.
