Customer Service & Operations Advisor

We're looking for a problem-solver, not a call handler. IMPORTANT: If your customer service experience is predominantly from a call centre environment, you will not be considered for this role. We're looking for someone who has worked in a small or medium-sized business , where customer service means getting involved, taking ownership and sorting things out, rather than simply following a process. You'll join a small, established team within a successful consumer products business.
