Job Title - Cost Manager (Architectural/Structural/MEP) Reporting to - Senior Cost Manager Job Summary - Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the financial management of a construction project. Responsibilities Discharge responsibilities for Health and Safety as set out in the Health Safety and Welfare manual also the Construction Health and Safety Plan both in respect of the package and integration of the overall project. Manages specific elements of work allocated by the Senior Cost Manager/Commercial Executive.
