About this role
Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of major demolition, structural alteration, remediation and enabling works projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit applications for payment. Identify, price and negotiate variations.
