Employee Relations Partner | ER & Engagement | Remote / Field Based Zachary Daniels are partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join their wider People team. This is a broad role combining complex Employee Relations with engagement, wellbeing, D&I, policy and wider People projects . You'll be helping the business manage ER risk effectively, but just as importantly, looking at what can be done proactively to improve the employee experience and drive engagement across the organisation.
