Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Building Surveyor to support the delivery of a facilities and infrastructure account within the defence and security sector. This permanent role will involve providing technical advice on building condition, defects, maintenance and compliance, while supporting remedial, refurbishment and maintenance projects across a varied estate. Key Responsibilities: Carry out site inspections, condition surveys and technical assessments of building fabric, defects and associated risks.
