Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join a Housing Association based in Leicester on an ongoing temporary contract. This role is working 12:30pm to 8:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend in every 6. The Role: The role focuses on supporting ex-offenders and vulnerable adults to establish and maintain successful tenancies. You will manage a mixed caseload, helping individuals overcome barriers to housing, reduce the risk of homelessness and develop the skills needed to live independently.
