Job Title – Reactive Repairs Co-ordinator Salary - £29,725 - £35,000 per annum DOE Hours – Full time 8am-5pm Monday to Friday - Permanent position Location – Grantham office based Key Responsibilities Receive, assess and process client work orders accurately and efficiently. Liaise with clients and residents to clarify repair requirements and arrange appointments. Enter and maintain job information using Impact and standard IT systems. Schedule and allocate work to engineers and subcontractors.
