About this role
A Project Manager is required in Westminster, London to identify and deliver mechanical and electrical projects across a multi-site estate. You'll take full ownership of small and medium project works, from initial opportunity and feasibility through to tendering, delivery and commercial close-out. Working with stakeholders, designers and subcontractors, you'll manage project scope, budgets, risk and site delivery while developing a pipeline of future project opportunities.
