About this role
Are you a Warehouse Manager who enjoys developing teams and being on the shop floor, while having the autonomy to determine strategy and deliver improvements? This is a hands on role with an established food manufacturer where you'll lead the warehouse and logistics function, with the scope to improve performance and make changes that will have a direct impact on performance. Days based, Monday to Friday, although you may have to jump onto shifts from time to time to support and coach your team.
