About this role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with experience in business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general corporate matters. Experience in commercial property would be a significant advantage, particularly in transactions involving the acquisition, disposal, leasing or transfer of commercial premises.
