JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Regional Contract Manager to join our high-performing South West region. Working closely with the Regional Head of Service, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, ensuring compliance, managing contractor relationships and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Alongside overseeing contractor performance and commercial outcomes, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing insight, challenge and support to help deliver excellent resident outcomes.
