Business Analyst Location: Hybrid, up to 2 days per month in Leeds Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Overview We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a public sector digital programme focused on improving customer experience. You'll work closely with service teams, stakeholders and delivery colleagues to understand how services work today, find what needs to change, and shape better digital journeys for the people who use them.
