About this role
A Social Worker is required for work within the Adults Transition Team in the vibrant city of Bristol. Excellent rates of pay up to £32ph. 3-month initial contract with possibility to extend. 37 hours per week. Flexible hybrid working arrangements. The Young Adults Transitions Service are a citywide team who can work with young people with additional needs from age 14-25 to support them to be as independent as possible as they reach adulthood.
