Tenancy Services Officer

We're currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on behalf of an amazing housing provider looking for someone who can manage a general needs patch and build strong relationships with residents. The role will cover all aspects of housing management including tenancy sustainment, ASB, tenancy audits, estate inspections, safeguarding, voids and lettings. You'll be the main point of contact for residents, working to resolve issues, support vulnerable tenants and ensure tenancies remain successful.
