You’ll give clear, practical advice and help clients handle people matters with confidence. You’ll have hands-on experience of grievances, disciplinaries and redundancy processes, along with the judgement to guide people through sensitive situations calmly and fairly. You’ll enjoy building relationships with clients, getting to know their businesses and finding solutions that work in practice.
