Residential Care Worker Location: Battle, East Sussex Contract: Full time, 40.5 hours per week Shifts: Three 13.5 hour shifts per week on a two week rota Lotus Recruitment is seeking compassionate, resilient and dependable Residential Care Workers to support children and young people aged 8 to 18 with SEMH needs and Autism. You will help create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment while supporting young people with their emotional wellbeing, independence, education and daily routines.
