About this role

Our client Shropshire council is looking for a Senior Social Work Practitioner to join their Kinship fostering team. You will be supporting children to remain safely within their family networks wherever possible. You will play a key role in achieving permanency for children through timely, high-quality assessments and strong relationship-based practice. Key Responsibilities Complete Form K assessments to assess connected persons as foster carers. Undertake viability assessments to inform early permanence planning.
