Deputy Manager, Children's Residential Home (EBD)

Location: Greenford, West London We are working with a well-established provider of children's residential care to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager for one of their homes in Greenford. The home supports young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and the provider has a strong reputation for putting stability, consistency and genuine relationships at the heart of its care. The role As Deputy Manager you will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the home, deputising in their absence.
