About this role
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join Northwest Leicestershire Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities To act as senior professional and technical advisor within the Responsive Repairs, Voids and Minor Works Team for all aspects of delivery of the council’s work to its domestic rented portfolio in accordance with the consumer standards.
