About this role

We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP BIM Coordinator/Modeller to manage and update our federated MEP models from construction through project handover. Acting as the vital link between site delivery and digital asset management, you will ensure the final As-Constructed model accurately reflects on-site changes, remains clash-free, and fully complies with project BIM standards and COBie requirements. This will be on a fixed termed basis for 12 -18 months based on a project in Exeter.
