Health Care Assistant (HCA) Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for flexible shifts in care homes? Resilience Personnel is looking for reliable agency HCAs to work part-time long day, night, half day and rotating shifts across the UK. Your role will include: Supporting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting. Assisting with meals, activities, and daily routines. Providing companionship and emotional support. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and wellbeing.
