FT Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Smethwick, We are looking for an individual who has experience within the Customer Service sector. This is working with the Fleet Franchise and will require individuals with excellent communication skills and ideally experience working with drivers. Your role will entail: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Taking calls from customers who may be missing/chasing parcels and deliveries.
