About this role
We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the team at a Build-to-Rent scheme in South East London. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical & Hard Services Operations Manage and oversee all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, reactive repairs, and plant room operations across the development. Supervise on-site engineers and external specialist contractors covering M&E, HVAC, Lifts, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, and Access Control.
