About this role
I’m supporting a long‑standing UK business to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist who will manage the end‑to‑end monthly payroll for c.450 employees. This is a standalone role where you’ll be trusted to run the payroll operation, drive compliance, and shape future improvements to systems and processes. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance and an external payroll provider, ensuring payroll is accurate, timely and fully compliant. The role is office based during probation then hybrid 2 days from home.
