About this role
We are currently looking for an experienced Principal Housing Enforcement Officer to join a busy Private Sector Housing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced enforcement professional to lead on complex housing investigations, deliver robust enforcement action and improve standards across the private rented sector. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of complex enforcement cases, provide technical expertise to colleagues and represent the Council in legal proceedings where required.
