HR Officer

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced HR Officer to work with our client on an initial five-month temporary contract. The role is based in Bolton, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a hybrid basis with three days of onsite working. Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of HR casework matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, capability, absence, probation and conduct matters.
