About this role
My client in Wales is looking for an interim Building Surveyor to come in on an Interim basis for an initial 12 months with likelihood of extension. It will be 3 days definitely on site/in the office, however for the remaining 2 days you will need to be able to reactively respond to potential call outs. The main objective of the role is to maintain/refurb the organisations portfolio. Interviews and start dates will be ASAP.
