About this role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PPM Manager to join an established property services and maintenance contractor based in Portsmouth. This is not an opportunity to simply inherit and manage an existing contract. The successful PPM Manager will play a key role in developing and building a dedicated Planned Preventative Maintenance division, with the backing of an established business, existing PPM contracts and significant investment being made to generate new opportunities.
