About this role
We are currently looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to work in the Southwark / London Bridge area The Building Maintenance Engineer will be carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a mixed use commercial office block. The site will have all the usual plant and equipment, but also has a Low Pressure Heating system (one of only 2 in the country), this will take time to understand, for which you will be supported Main Responsibilities Completing PPM and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial buildings.
