About this role

I am looking for a temporary staff for 3- 6 months on a part-time basis (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). This will be an EVH grade 4 post of repairs admin (£26,000 -30,000) Day to day reactive repairs Deal with calls and enquiries relating to repairs. Raise pre or post inspections for Maintenance Officers and utilise their diaries for dealing with technical inspections. Process works orders through QL. Correspond and communicate with customers regarding repair work, for example access arrangements.
