The Role We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our in-house Talent & Resourcing team. We are looking for someone who has experience and a passion for blue collar recruitment. You’ll lead end-to-end hiring across trades/operatives, construction operational management, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR and operational leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience that supports growth in the social housing, property maintenance and construction sectors.
