About this role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Homelessness Caseworker to join a London Local Authority. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and experience managing a caseload of applicants. Key responsibilities: Manage a caseload of homeless households, assessing housing needs and determining eligibility under the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. Conduct homelessness assessments and investigations, including prevention and relief duties.
