Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Main Contractor - Sheffield, South Yorkshire Fawkes & Reece are proud to be partnering with a UK leading Tier 1 Main Contractor working on a prestigious and high profile £70m new build Education project in Sheffield. As Quantity Surveyor you'll be managing commercial resources to maximise planned gross margin through the placement and control of contracts and subcontracts. You will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver this high end project reporting directly to them.
