Registered Manager - Adult Care Home

Halton Borough Council is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an adult care home, working alongside the Principal Manager to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, safe and person-centred service. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, including leading and motivating staff, managing resources and ensuring the home operates in full compliance with CQC standards, legislation and relevant regulations.
