Finance Assistant - Construction

Rodmell, Lewes Post supplier and overhead invoices, including specialist supplier invoices with a CIS element. Reconcile supplier statements and respond promptly to supplier enquiries. Maintain accurate, up-to-date supplier records. Assist the Finance Director with the preparation and processing of supplier payments. Carry out HMRC verification of suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare bi-weekly subcontractor labour payment certificates, checking retention and CIS deductions, and process subcontractor labour payment runs.
