The Role: We are currently recruiting a dependable general labourer for a contract role on a busy residential new build site in Sunderland. Working alongside the Site Manager and trade teams, you will play a key role in keeping active plots moving, supporting sub-contractors, and ensuring site safety and cleanliness standards are met daily. Key Responsibilities: Assisting sub-contractors and site trades with moving and distributing materials across live plots. Sweeping out plots, clearing construction waste, and loading skips.
